The ideal candidate:

• 2+ years of retail sales or customer service experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
• Results and competitive driven, to meet and exceed targets
• Excellent communication skills, including, verbal, written & listening
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, solution focused

Key responsibilities:

• Responsible for Inbound/Outbound sales to new and existing customers on Car, Van and Home products
• Achieving and exceeding individual targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Ability to provide an exceptional level of customer service
